Disappointed
Property was ok, but had to wait on them to fix the check in code. 2 towels for a family of 4 and the tv had to be logged into by cizy suites Gmail. The property ignored my concerns for 2 hours until i made a comment about how they were ignoring me. They offered to drop off towels and then responded no one was available until the next day. The TV was never fixed even though we had several back and forths about getting it fixed. Towels were dropped off the next day, but still, a family of 4 doesn't want to share 2 towels. My kids were disappointed about TV, and we were irritated about the lack of service they would respond on the app, but couldn't do anything to help with our issues when we wanted them fixed. Logging into a TV so its not locked and dropping off towels shouldn't be a big deal to have done.
