HORRIBLE
2 days before my stay the property owner emailed me and said the property was no longer available, and wanted me to cancel. That's not how it works. The property owner is responsible for canceling on his end, so I told him this. He never responded. If I canceled I wouldn't get a refund, and he'd get to keep my money. I think that was his intention. I called VRBO customer service and they confirmed it's his responsibility to cancel. They placed me on hold while they called him. Customer Service came back about 15 minutes later and said they had a "very strange" conversation with the property owner. They told him to cancel on his end. The property owner never canceled on his end, and VRBO had to step in a THIRD TIME to give me a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS!!!
