The staff was super friendly and accommodated me in my lifted truck. The waiter Gerardo at the bar was super friendly! Drinks and food were BOMB! Will definitely stay again 🤗🤗

I was thrilled with the service by Marteze and Royce. They were helpful, kind, and efficient. However, the facility left a lot to be desired. In our first room the toilet did not flush, and there was no hand soap. Royce quickly moved our room. The room was clean, if not slightly worn out. The pool area was a bit dirty as well. We were also in an elevator that stopped between floors for 5 minutes. Additionally the pool was closed on Saturday and Sunday, which we were not made aware of when booking. Finally, a cleaning rag was left on top of my things. Hotel is quite close to the west end dart station where there is a large population of unhoused people. All in all, the service was AMAZING, but the facilities left much to be desired.

Hotel is old, looks old, and the parking situation is seriously outdated and totally ineffective. Reminds me of a motor lodge from the 1960s. Crown Plaza should sell this property to Motel 6 or Hojo.

The free internet was awful. I ended up just connecting through my phone. Central location is nice but it's a little sketchy down elm in places. I'm not sure I'd walk around at night. PArking is nice - right in the hotel.

I was very excited about Crowne Plaza when I booked my vacation 2 months ago. The property was described as a 4-star hotel, but upon arrival the feel of the hotel immediately gave me 3-star instead. The only staff member who ever greeted me in a warm manner was maybe the manager, but initially I didn't even get a "hello" or "welcome" from the young man who checked me in. (That is the least expectation when checking in to a "4-star" hotel) My room was actually very comfortable, but the main amenity that I was excited about (private balcony) was an absolute let down from the pictures I saw online before booking; it was very old and kinda looked un-kept. One panel of the sliding door to the patio was almost completely shattered and being held together by some kind of adhesive completely covering it. I have almost come to expect a microwave in most hotels, but at this "4-star" hotel you have to request for staff to bring you one; crazy. The workout room was nice enough, but the pool area could probably be updated a little bit. Also, one should be very careful if wandering around outside of the hotel because of all the homeless people congregating in the immediate area due to nearby transit; rail and bus on the same block. This would be very convenient, but it attracts A LOT of homeless people with a constant police presence. All-in-all, not a horrible experience but definitely not the luxury of what I'm used to with "4-star" accommodations.

Run down, and kind of dir but not so good overall,
Hotel was very dated. Carpets were dirty doors didn't work properly. The room itself wasn't too too bad, but the pool area was disgusting and most of the hotel was definitely run down.

Terrible hotel, do not fall for those saturated pictures of the most irrelevant parts of the hotel. This is not a family friendly hotel and is basically just a motel with a parking garage attached to it. I would not bring my family here even if it was the only building in the country with electricity. I sincerely advise you to save your money perhaps add a little more and get an actual HOTEL.

Pool was always dirty. It had cups and bottles and empty chip bags floating in it. My half of the room had no electricity in the lamps. We asked several times about housekeeping and were told they would be coming up. It wasn’t until the next day went by after 12 pm when finally some one came by. The restaurant was closed half the time we stayed. We checked in Thursday afternoon and we were never told about a giant party taking up the entire pool for 8 hours Sunday. Their music was extremely loud and super disruptive. We should’ve been warned about the party when we checked it so we knew it was coming. This was the worst stay and I will never come back to this hotel ever. I will be giving a bad review. This was unacceptable.
