My room was dirty between the bed and stuff on wall. The closet didn’t work was broke. This room looks like was put together with different furniture. The shower tile was dirty.told the guy down stairs he didn’t do anything just look. Very disappointed

This is comfortable and easy, downtown adjacent but not in the hustle and bustle. I gain weight with those awesome cookies they give you every time I stay at a DoubleTree but I keep coming back. Always appreciate places with microwave and fridge in the rooms.

This was very disappointing. After a 16 hour drive, we checked in late (we called and were told it was fine), front desk was very rude, didn’t say more than “ you’re checking in NOW?” And put the key on the counter. The room was dirty, stains on the pillow cases, remote and phone sticky with dirt, bathroom so small you couldn’t even open and close the door without swiping against the sink and toilet. Dust on everything. No coffee in lobby or room. Had to go buy it in restaurant. Really?? No maid service or towel replacement next day, had to call desk for towels and they asked questions before reluctantly bringing us the bare minimum we needed. This place is in desperate need of upgrades of rooms and staff! Won’t be here again. Hilton should not have its name on this hotel!

My husband and I needed a little getaway and went to see my favorite band, visited the Pumpkin Nights, and the JFK memorial. We enjoyed the pool. Checkin was easy and staff were very polite. Our room had a balcony and nice view of the pool. Checkout was a breeze.

This is my third stay here. This location is always clean and staff is very friendly. The cookies are yummy !! It is very close to downtown, nice restaurants and venues.

The building and rooms are in dire need of an uplift! Next to a Motel 6 and across from a Dennis restaurant. I found the area and hotel condition depressing. I felt unsafe but that was simply my perception. The staff were very gracious and friendly.
