Excellent location. Close to Greenville Ave dining options and North Park retail. Tom Thumb supermarket is a block away. We had a room away from expressway. Very quiet. Parking is $25 a day which seemed steep. I parked in a residential neighbourhood 5 minutes walk away. Light rail to downtown is close by.

Great service and rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no open parking availability and therefore required to pay $25/night. I was not aware of that. Aside from that, a very pleasant stay.

I was not told parking was $25/night for garage or outside parking. I did not have hot water the first day. I should be compensated for this.The allowed people without handicap stickers to park the handicap spot when I needed to park outside. The room was noisy from car traffic. They had a lot of dogs. My daughter is afraid of dogs.
