All the carpets in the rooms and the couches need to be cleaned, and the smoke smell awlful coming from air-conditioning. The front staff was very friendly.

Excellent Customer service.
Kia provided excellent customer services. Went above and beyond to accommodate my family and 3 other families traveling with us. We were able to stay on the same floor and same wing. This was our first time traveling to Arlington, TX. Kuddos to Kia!!

One of the reasons of staying in a hotel compared to other options, is that you normally get the room done daily, have an iron, a hair dryer, etc. Unfortunately, during my stay, my room was not done daily, there was neither an iron or hair dryer and, although I did ask to borrow them to the front desk, they never arrived. I had to borrow them from my dad’s room that did have them.
