This hotel is located in a convenient area. It has easy access to local highways that will get you to other great areas in the metroplex. The hotel is older and in reasonable condition, but it is in need of an update. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The free breakfast offered a nice selection and the attendents did a good job of keeping things stocked. If you can get a reasonable rate, this is a good place to stay.

Third floor undergoing repairs and they still put people up there. Plastic sheeting on the hall ceilings and walls, signs to rooms covered, staff said they “preassigned” and couldn’t move me, but did after my complaint.

Incorrect Amenities Description
The amenities description is incorrect. 1) There is no bar! 2) Shuttle service is only available to and from the hotel during certain hours. HOWEVER… the morning of our flight home we scheduled the shuttle to take us at 7am. Guess what they didn’t have? Shuttle service! We ended up spending $50 on a lift from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport. We wouldn’t have stayed here if we knew this was going to be an issue. The breakfast tasted like cardboard and the juices were so watered down they tasted like nothing. The a/c in our room was ridiculously loud. The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants. But we won’t be staying here again.
