The photos online do not match the actual hotel. Please save your time and money!! We Booked the room because we had a 8 hr layover and for the shuttle. I typically stay in Marriott and Hyatt properties but wanted to get them a chance due to convenience. The first room we were put in smelled like weed as soon as you open the door and we were moved to a different room.

Property is older. Our room had a big square cut out of carpet with a poor patch. It was ok for a late check in and early up to get to airport. Clean. Bed was comfortable. All we needed.

The bed in the handicapped acccess apartment was very good. The problem was the very minimal lighting. I have poor vision and could barely see with the light by the bed. Lighting at the front door was good but there was no other lighting in the big room! Very bad situation.

I made a reservation and the date defaulted to the current date. Then i couldnt cancel or change the reservation since it was already in progress. How can the site let youmake a reservation in the past???. Holiday inn staff was un helpful, expedia chat was worhtless.

The King size room was very spacious and the room was cleaned well. The only "complaint" I would have is, our room was on the third floor and from the first floor alone the lobby and hallways looked renovated and us being on third floor there no signs at all of renovations. Not a super bad thing but I do enjoy consistency. If you're looking for a quick hotel by the airport it was a good stay.
