It was a great stay from check in to check out! The young man who checked us in was friendly, welcoming, and quick, all with a smile on his face. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Our room was lovely, and had excellent storage. Check out was a breeze. I wish all my hotel stays were this good. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Check in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean, and big! The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock; which I didn't love, but not a deal breaker. There's a 7-Eleven, Chic-Fil-A and Panera within walking distance. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but for it being included with your stay, it was just fine by me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat next time I'm in Dallas.

A lot of homeless people made family feel unsafe. Sleeping on outside furniture. Room was good but mattress was indented. TV needs surround sound. To far from bed to hear.

No Stove
This hotel was advertised as having a full kitchen. The kitchen does NOT have a stove. You have to sign out a small single burner induction cook top with a 10” frying pan. The air freshener in the lobby is not pleasing at all, it is very strong and repugnant.

Very clean and roomy
Very clean throughout. Plenty of facilities such as a gym and laundry. Surrounding area has some construction and a few homeless but during the day the area is fine. Outside doors require keycard access after dark, so it feels safe.

Very spacious and clean
We stayed; n the 2 queen suite. It was really big and has a mini kitchen including a dishwasher. The beds were comfy as well. Would book here again in the future.
