Overall I liked the calm environment. When I first arrived and checked in, my TV was not working so, I had to change rooms. The front desk clerk transferred me to another room in minutes. The coffee was a A . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing wrong was that I requested a downstairs due to our health problems but we were told we couldn’t have a room downstairs because we had 2 teenagers with us. We were sent to the 5th floor, my husband is 77 and I am 57 both of us with knee problems

Clean and comfortable
I was very happy with our stay. It isn’t a luxury resort, but it was clean and comfortable and a great value. Perfect place to take in a Cowboys game and explore the city. We walked to the game and or only took about a half of an hour, not much further than a lot of the parking lots. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we decide to go to another game.

Good but not great, meets expectations
About what you’d expect. The property was clean and the rooms were nice if not a little dated. There is no breakfast at this location, we were there two mornings and only coffee was available each day. Conveniently located close to six flags and sports stadiums but probably not walkable for most people - expect to drive or Uber for anything you’d like to go to close by. I think for the price this is ok but if you are wanting a higher level experience you might look at other hotels located closer to amenities.

The room was clean and decent but the noise coming from the highway traffic is horrible. It feels like the window is open and any noise that the neighbors make it feels like they are next to your hips. I think the walls have no insulation or they are just too thin plus the door has a medium size gap on the bottom where all the noise from the hall comes in either than that the hotel is good.

To Stay or not to Stay!
Our check in was late around 11 pm. I phoned earlier to request a room on the non freeway side. Upon check in we got our room and the card keys didn’t work, for three different keys. Finally got another room after the night front desk guy couldn’t get the keys to work either. The original room was on the freeway side, which we originally requested to not get. Night guy didn’t have a clue on questions we asked, specifically the trolley, breakfast spots, coffee in the lobby. The morning crew was basically the same, don’t understand what good customer service is. They also recommend a fly by night shuttle service of which they get a kickback. On the plus side, it was quiet and close to all the venues in the Arlington Entertainment Center.
