I liked how close it was to shops which was our main reason for stopping in Dallas. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Unfortunately this building looks neglected, damaged furniture within the room and a layout that seemed to be an after thought. The bathroom vanity with sink was part of the lounge room which is odd. Only one lift working and consider the door was closed off it may have been like this for a while. If you're just sleeping here, its fine.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The property was very quiet and the staff were friendly. Well centered for easy access to everything in grapevine. The breakfast was not great but it's complimentary. The croissant and potatoes were like eating sand. The menu available for their onsite food service states their full menu is available during the day with a limited menu available after hours. When I inquired about getting a hamburger at lunch time, I was advised they only have cheese pizza or a sandwich available.

Staff was friendly but room was very dated, worn and carpet was very unclean especially around the edges. Toilet did not work well, faucet handle fell off. Also the AC unit was right beside the bed which blew air on you and was very noisy. Had to keep on cause it was so hot.

Centrally located mid hotel.
The hotel has seen better days. There was one concierge at the desk at 4pm. Which was an hour after checkin begins. I waited quite a while. The rooms carpets are worn, the cabinetry is quite abused but overall the hotel is fine; other than the broken elevator. (One of two) we took the stairs a few time because the wait was long.
