Decent place to stay
We stayed here because we were attending a wedding in the area. I have stayed at Multiple Hyatt Place hotels throughout the country. This one is not as up to date as the others, but overall it was a good place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The technology is not very up to date as other Hyatt Place hotels. Had to hunt to find outlets for charging phones. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.

Cozy Hotel With Kind Staff
The room was very cozy. The service from the front desk was great! Very polite, professional and quick! During breakfast, the manager on duty was going table to table asking about how everyone’s stay was. Our room did not have a microwave though, however there was one in the lobby for guest use.

I do not recommend this hotel. There were crickets and other small bugs we couldn't identify in our room. Glad our stay was half a day. Front desk were nice. Location is so so. Needs work done

Avoid Hyatt Place if you want to actually sleep
Unsafe. Unclean (it was clear from the debris which I’m hoping was dog food that the room had not been vacuumed between stays). This hotel needs to be removed from the availability for so many reasons. The AC unit was making a horrendous noise throughout the night.

It was alright, but my fridge and ac were acting up. I called 3 different times and when the maintenance guy finally came, he had a nasty attitude and left out on top of leaving my door open claiming he would be back and never did.
