Never stay here again

The staff was ok there wasn’t terrible but the conditions was terrible they cut the water for several hours then when they turn water back on the hot water didn’t work rite after that. Had dead water bugs in one room, which they did let us get another room. That solved that problem but in the new room that my kids was in, around the air condition was open to out doors so anything can crawl in there room crazy right. In my room in the bathroom the vent that cover the fan was hanging down I kind of push it back up it help but was still hanging. It was an alive bug crawling I don’t know what kind it was but had to kill or my wife would have freaked out. Then house keeping trying to enter the rooms trying to clean and we not checking out until the next day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here because I was comfortable because it was so many thing need to be corrected make you feel that maybe the beds wasn’t clean or something. Oh yes on the head of the bed board wasn’t the previous consumer tag off the new clothes sitting on the bed board.

The Hotel room is not bad, but the entire service is horrible. All my two night stay they did not clean my room. They never change my bed sheet, and left my bed as it is. If you want your room to be cleaned as it should be in a normal hotel everyday I dont advise you to stay in Hyatt place DDallas. Poor service

Staff was great. Room was outdated compared to photos advertised online. Lighting was terrible. Carpet was filthy and stained. Mold in the shower. Headboard was covered with head grease and fingerprints. Bed was crazy uncomfortable and noisy. AC unit was noisy and rattled all night every night. Food wasn’t too bad and staff was really friendly.

VERY Impressed with this hotel. The staff was so friendly and allowed us an early check-in. The room was extremely spacious and clean. I have nothing negative to say.. plus it’s only a 10 minute drive to AT&T/Globe Life.
