Staff was very friendly and accomodating- only complaint would be that we were there for a big name concert, they offered a round trip shuttle for the guests for the shuttle (which cost extra)- approx 75 of us paid for it- we were brought to concert in 30 min increments, however, when concert finished at 11:30 pm- they sent only 1 shuttle for all of us and said that they were only running shuttle until midnight - very anxiety provoking for some - it ended up taking 3 trips with people having to wait outside for it to return to the venue and we were stuffed into the shuttle like sardines - disappointed in the poor planning considering the hotel had like 5 shuttles on premise

I like the cleanliness and the layout of the rooms. spacious and overall comfortable setting. I did have an issue with my air but they were prompt to respond and changed our room without a problem.

My experience
The exterior trash receptacles were overflowing and roaches and rodents were noted in the parking lot. The pool while open was chemically imbalanced to the point that you could not see the bottom of a 4 foot deep pool. The grill at the hotel, which is the only option for food closes at seven so if you are out at the park, you’ll have to eat elsewhere before returning. Finally, there is no cleaning service unless requested, but that is not visible in the lobby or at check-in. I was told it is on their website however I did not see it when booking a room. I also want to note that the free breakfast was accessible during the week, but it was a madhouse with inadequate staff and food shortages on the weekend.

Charged our card on arrival, then double charges for use of the shuttle van, then charges another miscellaneous charge, then charged a no-show fee. They cancelled our room keys from operating when we returned from a concert after midnight and listed us as a no-show. Discovered that our original charge on our credit card was placed on another room on another floor under someone else’s name. Fire alarms and flashing lights were randomly going off at 8:00am in the rooms and in the halls! Another guest had his new GMC truck stolen from the parking lot. Not a good experience to say the least. We will not be returning to this hotel.

A Comfortable Staycation
This was just a quick staycation to for tax-free weekend and to enjoy Six Flags. We have stayed at this LaQuinta Inn multiple times in the past. This workers at the front desk have always been very nice and helpful. This is the first time I was been able to book a suite. The suite was larger than I expected! The suite was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really liked that there were 2 separate doors to the restroom, so the kids didn't have to come through the bedroom after the bedroom was closed. This hotel will always be our got to for a quick staycat

Arrived early because attending Rangers game and was graciously allowed early check in. Shuttle to game made for a hassle free experience. Bar/grill let us enjoy refreshments without having to leave and breakfast the same. Good coffee too! thanks for a great stay!

Great stay! It was a busy time and the staff handled the crowds very well. The bed’s mattress needs to be replaced, we thought they were uncomfortable. Rooms clean. Great stay.
