wanted to give 5 stars but, these are the things that was not good, room 101 was very noisy with traffic in and out of the back door and stairs, didn't sleep much, next the room didn't get cool enough, the pillows was not good at all and the water closet was very short. The Breakfast was great and very friendly staff.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Staff was great! Only complaint i have is when i booked the room online, i checked the box to pay at the hotel. Without my knowledge, on way to hotel, they charged my card the full price of room before i even got there. Talked with employee and she could do was say im sorry but we dont do that here, you have to pay with card before hand. I asked why is it an option on your website then, all she kept saying was sorry sir we dont do that here
