I do not understand why handicap accessible rooms are so far from entrance/elevators etc. It would make more sense to have them close. My room was at the very end of the hotel, a very long walk from elevators.

I've stayed here numerous times over the last couple of years. The staff are always super nice and helpful. My rooms have always been clean and quiet. The pool is nice and indoors. The bar offers mocktails as well as cocktails. Breakfast has multiple options. Usually the hot bar has eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and roadted potatoes. There are also multiple waffle makers. Plenty of drink options like milk, chocolate milk, juices, teas, and coffee. I've never had an issue here, and the hotel location is great with a park/playground right next door.

Good for a quiet staycation. Didn't use many amenities so can't speak to pool, breakfast quality, etc. Room was clean and nicely done. A/C is obnoxiously loud and the fan runs 24/7, but that's more of a construction engineerong problem. Not something management has any control over. Makes decent white noise if you like that.

Our vehicle was broken into and a valuable personal item was taken. We filed a police report only after we tried to talk to a staff member regarding surveillance. We were told there is no surveillance in certain areas of the hotel which is disappointing. The staff member also showed no concern about her situation which made me even more concerned. We have stayed in that hotel several times before and have had a few issue but nothing like this. I had several family members with me and we had 4 rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. If you stay here it’s at your own risk!
