I was thoroughly impressed with service received. From the moment I made my reservation, I encountered a seamless process that set a positive tone for my visit. The valet parking service was particularly noteworthy, especially considering the challenging weather conditions. I greatly appreciated not having to face the cold and inclement weather while parking my car. My room was impeccably clean and meeting my high expectations. Additionally, I would like to commend the front desk staff for their exemplary service during both check-in and check-out. Their professionalism and attentiveness made my experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at The Magnolia Hotel was fantastic. Thank you for providing such a delightful experience.

Hotel Review: The Magnolia Hotel My stay at The Magnolia Hotel was less than satisfactory. Despite the hotel's claims of an upscale Beaux-Arts style, the reality fell short, with the property in dire need of major renovations. The photos online did not accurately reflect the current state of the hotel. While the location offers nearby restaurants within walking distance, the lack of on-site dining or bar options after 4 PM was disappointing. The gym was also underwhelming; with just ten people, it felt overcrowded, offering little to no personal space. The room itself failed to deliver on luxury or boutique promises. From basic linens and a mattress that needed replacement to dust-lined window sills, the accommodations were far from impressive. Safety was another concern, as the deadbolt on my door was malfunctioning and only engaged upon check-out, preventing the door from closing. Valet service was poor, with only one attendant retrieving vehicles. Although I was informed of a 10-minute wait at check-in, the text service indicated a 30-minute wait, which extended to 45 minutes due to weather conditions. Many guests opted to retrieve their keys and walk to the parking garage, two blocks away, to avoid the long wait. Overall, there is significant room for improvement at The Magnolia Hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a truly upscale experience.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, no pool or sauna. No restaurants or bar open. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and great shower. Needs to be renovated and brighter paint new furniture. The TV could not connect to the Internet so it never worked during my stay.

It was an old hotel. There was noise coming from the floor, the bathroom drainage didn’t work well, there was a lot of dust, the air conditioner was in poor condition, and the bedding condition was also not great.

The problem I had the most issue with was parking...They do not exactly tell you the ONLY option for parking is to valet and its an additiona 45$ a night. They also do not tell you that the closest parking you can walk to is over two blocks away...The hotel itself was fine but understand that parking here is an issue for sure...
