This property was luxurious but very affordable! It was a great location, with many dining/bars/venues around. We LOVED the view. The room was clean and had everything you needed. We will certainly be making this our go to hotel spot for downtown Dallas.

Amazing view of downtown Dallas!! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable and had everything we needed. The checkin wasn’t quite intuitive, but everyone was very helpful. Parking was quite expensive at $30/night. Overall a great experience.

Mint House is our GO-TO property in Downtown Dallas offering awesome views, well-furnished apartments with washer/dryer and kitchen, great beds, and an awesome location right across the street from the Eyeball. PERFECT.
