Not a good wow
Unexpected deposit. Springs broken in mattresses. Baby roaches in bathroom where the bathroom wall is cracked. Without the roaches, though it was pretty clean. Bad customer service. No local tv channels or tv guide.

The front desk clerk was very rude for starters he tried to charge me a unauthorized deposit no where on the policy shows i need to pay a deposit then i was miss treated as a transgender woman he made feel very uncomfortable

This hotel needs tobe renovated or torn down. There is mold painted over in the bathroom. When I returned to retrieve something i thought i left, the had only been pulled off of one bed. There were 2 occupants. Not sanitary at all.
