Honestly , this place wasn’t what the reviews say. The room was huge, and nice. The distance from restaurant were so close and honestly the staff was super nice and helpful. Would stay again.

The hotel itself was actually being re-modeled. My room was recently re-modeled and was very nice and clean, and looked out onto the pool which seemed very clean as well. When I arrived I couldn't find the property, because there was no signage, as it had apparently blown away in the wind. I had no problems while staying at this hotel. :-)

This may have been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This property is undergoing renovations and still renting out rooms under unlivable conditions. At one point, I was stuck on a floor that wasn’t mine due to not being able to get back to my own because the flooring was being replaced. Check in was terrible due to the unfriendly front desk guy who wanted to argue with me and kept my license. They advertise free breakfast which is not even an actual meal (banana, honey bun, small bottle of sunny d). My room didn’t have a working shower and the towels didn’t smell clean. Also, there was no working ice machine in the whole building. I don’t recommend anyone spend their time or money here!!

NOT NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!! From jump I had roaches, then the i e machine quit working & the elevator broke. Then i came back from working for 12hrs & my room wreaked of marijuana. I didnt want them to keep my depsoit and accuse me of smoking in my room. There's low end hotels and theres this place. It should be taken off the app until theyve done a lot of repairs and renovations. The vrekfast is a brown paparr acak with a piece of fruit, honeybun & granola bar (dont bother). I will have my room inspected b4 i leave to insure i get my depsoot back. PERIOD. Your probably nstter off sleeping in your car.

This are the main things I didn’t like
First, they didn’t have proper breakfast because all they gave me was a honey bun, an apple and orange juice. Second, the front desk staff had harsh tones and lastly, they took my $100 deposit without telling me why even after they told me that it will be returned in 7 days, fun fact about me is that I don’t smoke or drink so what are the reasons for them to keep my deposit and that’s what I would like to know but overall that I can say the rooms were decent that’s all.

The clerks were rude. When I called to see how much a room was they said $100/night. I came on Expedia & got it for $55/night. When we got there it was a $100 refundable deposit that they wanted in cash but we don't carry cash so they let us use our card. There were 3 floors, the elevator was broken on the side of the building they put us on. We got to the room there were roaches crawling around & the carpet was horribly stained. We asked for a different room so they sent us to a room on the 3rd floor. Room was better still very stained floors. Soap dispensers were out. Curtains had noticeable splash stains on them. Then a couple of days later we noticed only minorities were on the side of the building we were on with the broken dirty property. Around the building was nicer looking with working elevator, fresh paint smell, & nice size balconies & there were only Caucasians on that side. Leaving we were waiting unnecessarily because they were arguing with a young male couple telling them they couldn’t stay there, even though they had already paid $400 on Expedia for the room. Also they state they are non-refundable, reason we didn’t leave after seeing the first room they put us in. Oh! & they also advertise breakfast, there was not breakfast.

Bed bugs on the property. They also stole from us and only when I called to have the police come view the cameras did our stuff magically come up in the trash. They made us pay an extra deposit for supposedly smoking when EVERYONE was smoking and they couldn’t provide proof we were smoking because I wasn’t even outside when they claimed they saw me. I was literally showering. There were even two dudes smoking right by the pool as I’m walking to the front office when they called me. It’s also a prostitution hotel and we were almost kidnapped outside our first night, luckily cops showed up when they did. No breakfast like they advertise and homeless people hanging out in the lobby

First off the elevator was out of order, staff was rude when it came to my guest coming to help me get ready for an event. The shower curtain did not keep water in the shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor and got my stuff wet. Staff was rude at front desk house keeping lied about the condition of the room to keep my deposit
