Occupancy & Guests:
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests; additional guests require approval.
Unannounced guests will incur a penalty of $250 per person.
Behavior:
Loud, rude, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed.
One courtesy warning will be given; continued misconduct may result in eviction without a refund.
Smoking:
No smoking of any substance inside or on the property.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed; pet damage may result in fees.
Linens and Blankets:
Linens, blankets, and towels should not be removed from the property.
