Guest Access:
We provide a self-check-in service. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you all the necessary instructions for accessing the home one day prior to your arrival via the Airbnb message thread. Be sure to keep an eye out for it. Rest assured, we'll be available to assist you during your check-in process should you need any help.

This home is in Irving, Texas, close to DFW Airport, downtown Dallas, and AT&T Stadium. Irving offers various attractions including parks, lakes, an indoor waterpark, museums, and the first Six Flags. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool/hot tub service is scheduled on Monday's and Thursday's. The pool/hot tub maintenance worker will enter through the backyard door.
- Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.
- Pool: The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months
- Other: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
