I loved my apartment! Anytime I come to Dallas I’ll be staying here. It’s an actual complex so you feel like you’re a resident. The apartment was cute! Great view of the city!

Zero personable interaction in trying to find where we were supposed to park and how to get in u til we were already due to check in. It was extremely frustrating to manage while driving and trying to figure out where to go. After an hour of that, we made our way to the apartment. Apartment was beautiful but when getting up at 1:00 to go to restroom, I stepped in water leaking from wall in rooms and traveling in a stream under the bed to other side of room. Also, the one dinner we cooked there, we used the only available skillet and pot, which had the most horrid chemical smell, which transferred to the vegetables we cooked, not to mention we had to endure the chemical odor the rest of the day. If you need to call someone you get an Asian lady who is only able to give access code for room. Just isn’t helpful if I struggled for a WHILE just trying to figure out where I could park. The gentleman who work in the hotel entrance work for The Katy’ and do not extend any effort for outside guests. It was ridiculous and the same experience was shared with us by other guests 🙁

This is not a typical hotel. It is an apartment complex with some hotel rooms. It was a little bit of a challenge figuring out where to park and get the keys but is worth it. Great room and amenities. I will definitely stay here again the next time I have to come to Dallas.

The view was amazing and having a choice in which bedroom to sleep in was a nice surprise too. Its a beautiful space but the couch was gross looking. It was covered in stains and looked just icky. We put down towels in order to be comfortable enough to sit on it. That plus the parking fee were the only 2 drawbacks. Either make parking complimentary or add it into the cost of the rental. There's nowhere to park in that neighborhood so its unavoidable if you have a vehicle.

Highly recommend this place! We came to Dallas for the Mavs game, this place has the perfect location, only minutes walking distance to the AA arena. Very clean and in great conditions. There’s a nice coffee place on the first floor too. Loved our stay here!

Very clear instructions for getting keys - they even include pictures. Beautiful property. Friendly ppl in building. Concierge very helpful. Very safe. Lovely grounds and katy trail across street. Amazing pool and bbq area. Shirt walk to American Airlines center. Ten minute drive tops to jay Bailey Hutchinson. Room very clean. It is a little noisy from the freeway but that type of noise doesn’t bother me. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer nice touch. Black out shades don’t totally black out light but not an issue for us. Spacious. We had 2BR 2 bath condo. Very quiet on floor zero noise. Other than traffic noise. But didn’t bother us. Would absolutely stay here again. Lots of residents have dogs so if you love dogs you’ll get to see plenty :) so much better than a hotel. Felt very safe walking around here. Many dining options within walking distance. Coffee shop downstairs but didn’t visit. No cooking supplies food wise other than salt and pepper and coffee tea. But all cooking utensils and appliances you might need. Highly recommend. Will def stay here again if ever in Dallas.

keycafe system
the location was great. only issue i had was with the keycafe. since no one at the location can assist it was frustrating when the door to the key wasnt working. this happened on arrival and on drop off. based on the concierge this is a common issue so apparently you guys are aware theres an issue but not doing anything to fix the problem.
