Ridiculous service from a Westin
My room card didn’t work for parking even though I kept notifying staff and they claimed they fixed it. So i had to pay for parking separately every day. They also charged my personal credit card even though I paid for everything beforehand with my work card.

Nice place. They lost my dry cleaning, so l purchased more clothes. I arrived Tues, gave them clothes on Wedns.They said i'd get them back Thurs. I spoke with them about this a few times. I left Sunday morn without my clothes. What am l to think about this ? Did they just throw my clothes in a corner and forget them?
