Beautiful room, comfortable bed, well appointed. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It was not good. Hard to stay warm while trying to wash your hair. That’s a big negative for me.

A beautiful older property with the most comfortable beds and pillows! Everyone is pleasant and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and clubs. Valet is always fast. There’s usually noise from the local fire dept and the in-house breakfast is a little high.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before with no issues, but this time was not the best. * I did not get the room I selected from the site. When I went to complain I was told there was only one other room available and it was the same as what I had. * The ice machine was was not working on my floor. Was told I would need to go to another floor for ice. I bought a bag of ice from Walgreens across the street. * The A/C seemed to take longer to cool the room down.

Only complaint I had was checking in. I had some attitude from a female employee and didn’t explain what she was charging me for so when I said excuse me, she responded again with a harsher tone. I still don’t know why she gave me a key because I saw nothing in the room that needed a key.
