2nd time staying at this location, friendly Check in, the location of hotel is why we stay…pet friendly walking areas, walk to get food or dine in, always been clean everything works in the rooms

Reno Looks Good on Them!

Check-in went smoothly. I would have preferred being on ground level but did not want to risk the type of bed/room layout. The hotel is recently renovated and close to shopping and eateries.

Clean, economical, would stay again

Everything was great. Room and lobby were very clean. Great condition for the price. Breakfast was something to be desired (probably one of the worst, from a selection standpoint, continental breakfast I have ever had) but really with everything else, the stay was well worth the money.

Manager lies, rooms filthy, poor maintenance

Terrible. We didn't stay a single night after viewing 3 rooms. I spent a while cleaning the 3rd room to try to make it presentable but it still felt gross. The shower head was not even secured to the wall. Urine around toilet. Makeup stains on pillow cases. Reeked of men's cologne and cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room and we arrived late at night. Weird. Are employees using the vacant rooms? Manager was avoiding Hotels.com reaching out to them according to Hotel.com's emails. The manager told me they were lying and they try to claim that to keep your money. Turns out the manager was lying. She told Hotels I agreed to a partial refund, which I didn't. If anything, I should be paid for my inconvenience and time spent cleaning. Front desk woman that night promised we'd get a refund and the manager refuses after Hotels.com called her while I was on hold. The area was so sketchy. Rooms so gross and beyond outdated. Not cute retro-outdated. Just old and gross.

Clean and quiet and mostly comfortable

Been staying here en route to FL the past few years. Clean, friendly place, with decent clientele (except for that one year when the folks next door were having an all-night sex party...). The bed was not the most comfortable (it was pretty saggy) but I still got some sleep.

Every year we drive from Michigan to Florida and back with 2 large dogs and E bikes. We are in and out of the room in under 9 hours. This was def one of the cleaner places we have stayed, fridge is a necessity for us and there was space to put our e-bikes. The staff was super nice and easy. I have saved this as a destination hotel now.
