I'd definitely go back
The service was impeccable, and the coming areas were clean and well cared for. I liked that there was a variety of comfortable seating, and there were things to do like the pool, a small gym, a pool table. There were minor maintenance and cleanliness needs in our room. We were on the highway side, but the noise wasn't too bad on the 4th floor. The breakfast was disappointing, but that's not what I'm there for.

The room was in a good and safe area but there were some things that could have been better. Our kids went swimming and they had hand towels to dry off with. Then the only way you could get back in the hotel was to go out the door that went outside. It was in the 50s so my kids were super cold especially since they didn’t have a regular sized towel to cover up with after swimming. Our room smelled like cigarettes and the hallway smelled like rotten vegetables. The front desk staff were friendly but we won’t plan to stay here again.

This was a great property with all the bells and whistles-gym, indoor pool, ice, water bottle filler, great breakfast and outstanding staff. Kenya at the front desk was very helpful and a delight. Highly recommend

I loved the employees. They were so helpful and friendly. We got there around 10:00 pm and the clerk on duty was extremely helpful and friendly. She saw the picture of my grandson on my phone and she said she had her grandson on her phone as well. Pleasant lady!

After a very long cross country trip, this was by far our favorite hotel. Beautiful, everything makes sense (nightlight in the bathroom) best free breakfast of my life. Slept GREAT. Pillow didn't kill my neck. I might never stay at a different rand a again.
