Love the property!!! But when tried to cancel my reservation it was a no go and they refused to give me my money back on top of me having to put down a 100$ deposit that I really didn't have at the time!!!

It is an old hotel. The staff is friendly. The continental breakfast is good. The parking is good . The room is decent , clean. The ceiling had been patched several times & was cracked again . The paint in room is dark & chipping off . The view out the window is very pretty field. The bathroom is nice

Clean, which is rare anymore. Evening desk staff unprofessional. Room wasn't cleaned second day. No way to stopper the tub so couldn't take a bath. Breakfast was good. Price was good. Really noisy, but that's other guests faults! Housekeeper Amanda was great.

Service at check-in was very good. Breakfast was decent...love a waffle-maker! Never saw anyone to check-out in person. I stood at the desk from 11:05-11:15. Then I just went back to my room to leave the key cards! Anyway, the room was clean and no problems. Would definitely come back!

The sheets on the bed was so thin and cheap they wouldn’t even stay in the bed, which was hard as a rock. Every day I had to get my room key reactivated. The breakfast was nothing much. Not terrible but probably wouldn’t spend the money on it again.

We stayed for four nights and the second and fourth of those days the in room the coffee was not replaced. I went to the desk and asked for coffee. First night we had no trash basket in the room after we got one it was never emptied. The only in room service I had to ask for then only had that service one day. The large outside sign was not lit making the motel hard to find. I felt like the carpet had not been vacuumed before our arrival. The positive was that the personal were pleasant.

I like pet friendly but not finding a live tick on the floor. It was noisy at night w people in the hall and slamming doors. The cleaning chemicals were so harsh smelling my allergies to scents were high and my eyes burned and were infected within 24 hours. The staff is making the most of an old outdated facility.

Average budget hotel
With a couple night stay to attend a function, we hoped to have a good night's sleep and a clean room. The hotel overall was showing its age but was sanitary enough for our use. The breakfast was hot and complete with sausage and cheese omelets and biscuits as the hot choice. It opened at 6am which is earlier then others. There appeared to be some issue with water intrusion on the first floor since a slight musty smell was masked by nice smelling wax cube melt. A future stay in the area would most likely be at another hotel. The nightly price was on par with the condition.
