We were so disappointed with the whole experience at the Riverside Inn a Suites! The property was so dirty and disgusting!

The property is nothing like in the pictures. They are remodeling but the it is UNSAFE. People wandering the parking lot and the area for unlocked cars. Door did not close all the way and huge gap in the framing. Wires hanging from the ceiling. Need to have someone come in and inspect this place.

One channel on tv never came clean room or bring clean linens I had go ask for it! And when you walk outside or drove up you could smell someone smoking there weed!!

Did not stay at the property after checking-in because of safety concerns. The entrance door to the room assigned was unsafe due to three inches gap at the bottom and two inch gap on the side of the door. When the door was closed, we could plainly see outside the door. The chain was present but nothing to latch it too.

The Pro's: The room was clean & smelled fresh; the bed was comfortable. The courtyard was very pretty. The Con's: No coffee pot or blow dryer in the room and no seating area in the courtyard.

The motel is under new management and is being re-modeled. My room was actually pretty nice so chances are it will be a nice enough place down the road but lots of construction stuff around the parking lot and more than 1/2 of the property looks like it's vacant. Not a very welcoming sight when you first pull-in. But it turned out to be an OK place. Also the cable TV was not very user friendly and had to get someone to come to my room to get it turned on two nights in a row.

The whole room smelled musty, dirty, and like people smoked in it. The walls were incredibly thin and didn't block any sound. The staff does not maintain the place, shower doesnt drain and the room looks uncleaned. Absolute dump.

This place was dirty, messy, no lamp shade, floors was cleaned when the building was built and never after that. The pictures in the internet is deceiving. I can not explain how bad this place is. JUST DONT STAY THERE!!!!!

Hotel is under renovations, it seems we were just put in our room without it being fully finished, grout everywhere on tile, no trash can in room at all, asked front for trash cans for the 3 rooms I had reserved. Shower was the size of an rv shower.

Floors were nice, new. Staff was friendly. No end tables, had to unplug the fridge to charge my phone. Worst part was so much light came through the curtains. From the parking lot! When lights were off it still looked daylight in my room.

Okay.. how do I put this politely. The hotel is in need of repair. That said, if you are a single man like me traveling alone and just need to crash, okay. But I would NOT bring your wife and kids here. It's a flop house.
