I have stayed here quite a few times and do find the staff at the front counter to be very little help, but this time the lady at the front counter was incredibly rude, which has led me to write this review. the aircon dripped all night and unfortunately my suitcase was underneath it. we stayed in the one bdrm apartment and they only provide a queen bed. the bedroom aircon didn't work either so we asked to change rooms and they would not allow it. the lady did not even look me in the eye the entire time i was speaking with her and i didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience. The bathroom was soooooo small that every door hit every wall and there was no way two ppl would fit at all. it's a shame because there 2 bdrm apartments are great and very comfortable. i did like the Nespresso machine which is a new addition and brekky every morning is plain but all you need. We needed the fridge space so we got an apartment but i wouldn't book this again, even the hotel rooms have a king bed.

Stayed in a one bed apartment, which was very nice. Good space and facilities. Good location and views of the harbour. Continental breakfast included which was plentiful and tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very good value for money. Pool is cooling and long enough to do walking exercises at 1.2m depth and 20m(?) length. All staff very obliging and restaurant/bar is convenient and reasonable with pricing.

A two day stay having arrived from Cairns and waiting for the Ghan. Hotel was adequate and of a reasonably good standard. Improvements are currently happening and this is, arguably, perhaps necessary in some areas. The swimming pool was okay, laps were possible and it was a good temperature. Facilities for this were good: comply recliners, floats for the children etc. Overall, it was value for money. Functional and clean.
