A very tired property with limited facilities. Don’t trust the star rating is you’re used to staying in proper hotels. More like a motel. Tiny bathroom, scuffed walls, no minibar, no properly located power points next to bed, noisy aircon, slow and tired lifts. It was clean though.

Amazing views, lovely comfortable room with all the trimmings. Great shower and laundry facilities. Staff more than accommodating. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment and the wharf. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

The property is always nice and clean presented well. I have one complaint the shower was abysmal. We were on the 25th floor and the water pressure was dreadful hardly worth having a shower. Disappointing.

Lovely spot with beautiful views
Positives: Helpful staff. Amazing view and beautiful sunsets over the harbour. Comfortable bed. Close to shopping and coffee shops. Rec Ben's Bakery just around the corner. Close to The Waterfront restaurants. Negatives: Badly designed bathroom and bedroom. I couldn't reach the bathroom cabinet to store any toiletries. The door had to be shut when using the toilet. In the bedroom the wardrobe hanging rail was far too high. I had to stand in the wardrobe to reach it. There was no room in between the wardrobe shelves and the bedside table to get any clothing out of the wardrobe.

And .....relax.
This was a bolthole to recover from travelling. As such, it (one bedroom apartment) had everything that we needed to be comfortable. An exceptional view from the 25th floor and immaculately clean. In house restaurant was better than it looked.

The apartment (25th floor), restaurant & service were outstanding for our 3 night stay. The service offered by all staff, including the reception, restaurant & management was 11/10, we were more than once checked in on to ensure we were enjoying our stay and any request was promptly granted. One of the best Oaks experiences Ive had & I often stay Oaks.
