Overall the hotel is a little outdated but very adequate. Front desk person (Allen) was friendly and personable. Walls are thin as I could hear people talking in the room next to me and above me when walking. Price was a bargain compared to other choices in the area.

The hotel is dark, dirty and needs a massive safety overhaul. It’s currently next to an active construction site and behind a car dealership, and doesn’t feel safe to stay in at all. There was a foul smell in my bathroom, which also had a tub that barely worked. The sink had a slow drain and the water pressure was too low to properly use it. I had to place heavy furniture in front of my door just to be sure no one would break in.

The staff was pretty nice, but the property self was really rundown. The pool chemicals were so strong it burned my kids eyes even hurt my eyes just being in the pool room and napping in the water. Our door to the bathroom was all chewed up at the bottom and when you took a shower and expanded so much that it wouldn’t even close. The first aid kit in the pool room was all rusted. The tables in the pool room were also rusted and jagged. Things were not maintained well. But felt safe.
