We set our stay up at least a month in advance, and we arrive at the property and are told there is nothing on file and the confirmation number means nothing! We requested 2 queen size beds, and get 1 king with a pull out on a different floor, 4th. We were told this is the loudest floor. We were 2 men coming in town to view a fight. Not happy.

This hotel is not up to Hilton standards, unless Hilton has lowered their standards significantly. Nice location but that is all the hotel has going for it. Ceiling cracked with peeling paint. Shower had rust on the floor and walls.

Pool was not working which is why we booked this hotel, tv not working, so they gave us hotel cable, which only had 3 channels and 1 of those channels was in spanish, their parking lot was full, so we had to pay for garage parking, staff was rude and not accommodating

Took 3 different rooms. First one was bare no towels etc, tv didn’t work? Same second one. Third finally was fully equipped and everything worked? Why this was kind of like what the actual feck folks?

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was perfectly fine, stayed here for the second time and our room smells god awful the minute we walked in, the baseboards of the walls were popping out where it could cut someone there was drywall pieces all of the hallways from chipping walls the handle on the shower came off when using it, I tried to call and complain and no one answered

Front desk service was amazing 👏 free water and delicious cookies at check-in. Room was nice, fairly clean, needed some minor repairs but all around ok for a 1 night stay. Bed was firm so i didnt sleep well, thinking being a Hilton beds should of felt like a cloud 😉 But it was still good place!

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning service did NOT show and that was after we told them in person we were leaving for the day. AC in our room was not working properly. We asked maintenance to come and I don’t they did. Location is great

Stayed at this hotel many times as my daughter goes to college in Davenport. First time I have been disappointed. As soon as you entered room is smelled like sewer. Called the front desk they said it was due to restaurant emptying there shaft. Said they would pour something down the drain. Came back hours later to that same smell. It was terrible. The AC fan rattled all night as well. No sleep what so ever.

Bad smell as we entered the room that persisted the enter stay. Toilet seat broken. Sink dirty. Mold in vent might be source of bad smell. The dry wall around window appears to have water damage and was falling apart. Staff was great. The condition of the room was poor. We were surprised and shocked by it. We will most likely not return to this location. We have business that will bring us to town often. We will look for a new hotel.

Mostly quite good as it was in our past 2 visits but unfortunately the TV/remote was pretty much non functional. Traded out battery at from desk but still didn't work. TV/remote evidently needs replaced, room 530.

Reception was friendly and courteous. The bed was fine. No clock. The desk lamp did not work. The train noise was beyond annoying and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Peeling wallpaper and mold in the shower. Hard to believe this was a Hilton property.
