Shower barely worked. Outside door near our room did not close properly so it was slammed every 10 minutes. Hall carpetting needs to be replaced. Lots of wall damage throughout.

Did not get the room I reserved.
I reserved a room for 3 adults needing 2 Queen beds. When we arrived, there were only King bed rooms available. Out third adult had to sleep on the worst roll away bed I have ever seen. Needless to say, he had a horrible night's sleep. When we asked to speak with a manager about the situation, none was available. Very disappointed. I was told if we would have booked through them directly, there was something they could have done for us.

The hotel room itself was spacious and convenient, I liked the fact that everything is close by and some location are walkable. However, didn’t like that my room had several signs of cockroaches and no fully clean towels.

The hotel staff appeared tired, somewhat irritable, and overwhelmed. Room was mildly dirty. Hot water went in/out. Coffee ran out at breakfast and staff appeared irritated when I asked if it would be refilled. The neighborhood was very sketchy. People were sitting in their cars smoking dope for hours. Would not return.

Had to wait a while for the desk agent to check us in. She was polite and apologized for the wait. Room was nice. The breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs were cool and the hot water for tea was tepid at best. Our room was quiet , clean , and confortable

Adequate for a couple nights.
It was fine. Like the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Found it odd that there was light in the bathroom coming through the vent from the room next door and the duct work was FILTHY -- I would have never noticed though if not for the light showing through. Probably also why the TV at 3am seemed rather loud in my room. Within a couple of miles from most anything one would need. Strange that a $75 deposit is required in addition to room rate and just generally seems a little beat up and short staffed. Bed was not made but I did get clean towels after just one night which was unexpected. Not great, but not terrible -- would consider staying again if I needed to be in the area.
