We were very pleased w the cleanliness and appearance. Staff was nice, friendly. Wifi & cable was terrible. Gym & pool was closed. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was a pool for our teens. Apparently its had a busted pipe for quite some time. No room service. Restruant/lounge closwd. Virtually a ghost town. Was offered a holiday box lunch for $15 each. My husband got one. Was not worth the $15. Had a party of 4. Towels left etc were clearly for a party of 2. I understand itvwas a holiday weekend but was very disappointed. Exspecially when we had called several times to confirm the hotel would have these things due to the holiday and was told yes. The only thing mentioned was there may not be enough guest or staff for the lounge. I understand that. We didnt expect it to be open w down attendance. Felt we were warranted a phone call to alert us of the rest prior to our visit or given offered a discount or room upgrade. Clearly you had the space. Nothing was mentioned at check in either. We found these things out on our own as time passed. We checked in approx 2.45 and being 30 min from home and very disappointed checked out at 5.30. Still charged 101.00 of the initial 150.00 cost. Not pleased. Will not rent here again.

The rooms were a little dated while the common areas of the hotel looked as though they had been updated. My room was not completely clean-quite a few spots where the carpet was not cleaned. Otherwise, it was a quiet stay!

Bad, Not so good stay, will choose different hotel next visit: Had ants in the room, no ice on any of the floors, front desk employee had to get the ice from the kitchen, both bathroom sink and tub stopper didn't work, no clock or pen & paper, hotel lobby bathrooms were dirty, breakfast was bad--greasy bacon, nasty eggs-had an after taste. After review of my statement from Hilton they annotated an incorrect address under my name and charged for breakfast when I had free breakfast passes. 1st and last visit to a Hilton.

We usually have a hotel weekend once a month. This was the best hotel experience we've had in the last year. Room was fabulous! It was big, clean, and smelled clean. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Bed was super comfortable. I paid the extra $7 for breakfast and it was good. Service was a little slow with only 1 staff member to manage breakfast service. Some standard items were depleted like sugar, cream. butter and cups for coffee and it took some time to replace with only one person working. The only other minor complaint would be the lack of streaming servives, or movie channels. Defintely would recommend and will be staying again next month

It was average. I was given a room that was already occupied. Had to go get another room. Then that room was also occupied. Third time was the charm though. The bathroom in my room needs updated. For the price, breakfast should be included. It was ok. Nothing super great about the hotel.

Quick but very enjoyable overnight

The front desk was amazing and above and beyond for helping me with anything! The stay was great. My only complaint is the workout rooms machines didnt all work or stopped working half way through---both tredmills and stepper. Thats my only complaint though!

I was very disappointed with this facility. The shower did not drain and therefore your standing in an inch of your filth as your trying to get clean. There was an overwhelming sewerage smell from the plumbing and in the hallway. This made showering and brushing your teeth a extremely unpleasant task. I did like that the business center allowed for free printing. I do not recommend staying here.
