Wasn’t worth the trip

I booked this stay for my son, I get there mind you at 4:37 an hour and a half past check in…… and the man at the from desk asked me if I wanted to switch rooms I said nooo, I’m sorry I thought I booked a king and he said you did but that room is not ready, but let me see what I can do *a classic I have your room to someone else* We get our room, the hot tub isn’t working correctly, & that’s one of the only reasons I drove 45 min to this hotel& because I’m IHG rewards member, we got awoken at 4:15 bc someone lit their bed on fire on The second floor, breakfast was mediocre, eggs and biscuits were burnt,! I am so disappointed in what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for my partner and my son now has my son completely terrified of hotels.

Staff lied about hot tub

We called ahead to make sure the pool and spa were open. We have a kid, and swimming was a priority for him. The front desk staff assured us that they were both open and working. After check-in, we head to the pool. It is very cold, and the hot tub jets are disabled. I think they are updating, but the springy old mattress there was better suited for an army barracks. Not a huge issue, but I also couldn't get my streaming TV device to connect to their WiFi, because of a multi step verification process. The breakfast was pretty subpar. Between the bed, the hot tub, and the breakfast, I was disappointed with most everything that is important to me about a hotel stay. It was clean enough, and there was a fridge in the room. The staff was never anything besides polite.

Awesome place

Beautiful reasonable price stay great town no great place get up there in the top 10 hotels We did a two year-old‘s party he gave us tape and silverware was very kind and helpful. Kudos to you.

The hotel staff were super friendly, but it was really weird riding up the elevator with them a couple of times. The housekeeping staff was out in front of our room both mornings, but never cleaned the room or refreshed the towels. They also kind of blocked the elevator with their cleaning cart. Other than that, our stay was fine.

My stay was good. All of the employees are very responsive especially Miss Z in the breakfast area. My only complaint is the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. They need to be upgraded.

Our stay at this Holiday Inn was great. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and quiet. Miss Z went above and beyond to make sure breakfast was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff and Miss Z were great. The only downfall for me, which was a big issue, was the parking. I know the snow was difficult for everyone but the parking was horrible. I have physical limitations and your lot was a danger.

Pros: great price, quiet, friendly staff, specifically Ms. Z. who during our morning breakfast was absolutely amazing. She made our day with her kindness and customer service. She really seems to care about the guests and certainly should get some recognition from the company for her job well done. Cons: hot tub being out of order pool didn't seem all that well maintained either- we had to ask for towels which the associate easily got for us but it was a bummer because we were already in the water when we realized we didn't have any towels The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I know this is a personal preference but golly these were flat once you laid your head on them. Not a restful night sleep at all. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom ceiling.
