The room was absolutely wonderful. Room was large and very clean. The phone did not work, but we could text the front desk for help. The building outside and amenities need updating. The laundry facilities were old and rusty. The pool and hot tub were great but the "fountain tree" was not working or else turned off. The elevators really smell - like old, wet socks. Construction on the public beach entry was disappointing, but not the Inn's fault. The "Only valet parking" policy was unexpected, but not a problem. Valets were fast and very polite. Would like to go here again when construction is done and the building outside gets a facelift. A diamond in the rough with lots of potential!

Room was updated and clean. Staff was a bit hit and miss. Valet guys were good. Had to call front desk 4-5 times for housekeeping to finally come to clean room. Front desk was friendly in-person, but over the phone sometimes questionable loss of friendliness. Bartender was polite, friendly and helpful. Absolute worst part was there was pot and cigarette smoking on and around the property at all times of the day. It was simply stinky. Especially when we booked an oceanfront room to sit on our balcony and watch the ocean but it was just too smoky and smelly for us to handle. Cigarette smoking also going on in the pool area and allowed if not bothering anyone but if you’re not a cigarette smoker it’s probably a bother.

Absolutely loved the beautiful views of the beach. It was the most relaxing part of our trip to just sit out on our secluded balcony and listen to the calming sound of the waves.

Construction next door sucks.
Great spot nice pool and room. Very clean and friendly BUT…. horrible location with the construction outside my window every morning and all day. No internet phone or tv for days.

Room was very nice and clean other than the remnants of sand on the floor that I could feel when bare-footed. There was a slight stagnant smell in the room when we first entered but we turned on the bathroom fan to help solve that. There was lots of construction around the hotel but the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops, obviously beach access. VIP-only parking was not great for trailers - we had to park across the street in a sort of sketchy looking lot. All around still a very positive experience, easy checkin, all that - we will return!
