The sheets had holes in them on the bed. There was no curtains, just holes in the wall where the curtain rod used to be. No bathroom mirror, again just holes in the wall where the mirror used to be. Bathroom sink had dirt inside of it, as well as the closet. There were now towels or washcloths provided. Tried to find someone to get some from, but no one was in the lobby. I’m not sure how this is considered a “resort” by any means

Rough hotel

Bathroom has a tiny mirror. Sand all over the floors. Our room was next to the elevator and we heard it all night. Neighbor has a dog that barked constantly. The last day we stayed we wanted to sleep in and were woken up by smoke alarms going off.

Stayed a week ago. Got two rooms, one was ok. The other had no mirror in bathroom, hole in wall. Physical key, no card. No wall or room decor. No tables except small night stand. There was a fridge and microwave, two beds, tv on the wall with nothing under it. No furniture.. like the room was going to be renovated.. Had to use pillow cases and towels to cover window gaps because only shades and 1” gaps… could see inside the room… The iron board had stains and what looked like a bandaid on it. One pillow case had what looked like blood or wine stains. Would not recommend to stay here unless they renovate and fix it up. The place looked water damaged…. The wifi was also not available.

Do not stay here…we arrived at 8:30 pm to check in and no one was even in the office; they’d left for the day already. We called a number taped to a side door multiples times before someone finally answered and told us he’d put our room key in a lock box on an outside wall of the building. We got the key and got into our room to find it empty of furniture except for the beds and completely dirty and disgusting. The blinds didn’t close in the bedroom, the air conditioner didn’t blow cool air, and the floors were very grimy. Splintered wood on the doors, holes in the walls, and no bathroom door. There wasn’t ever a mirror in the bathroom! I called and called the number again and no one answered. I ended up leaving with my son that was afraid to stay and they would not give us a refund.

This place is a dump!!!

Don't let the name or pics on website fool you. This place was a complete dump. It was filthy, TV &AC didn't work, window coverings didn't privide any privacy, no mirror, not even in the bathroom, chain to lock the door was broken, AC electric was spliced & taped, pillow didn't have a pillow case, had to use balcony chair in room, nothing in room but a bed & dresser, couldn't hang clothes, no rod. No one came with fresh towels, sand on floor & we didn't go to the beach. Light fictures had only one light bulb. Should I go on?

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was awesome. We could see you are fixing the property up. The room could use a table and 2 chairs, a working light by the door, mirror in the bathroom and better air conditioner. Keep fixing the property, it is a good place to stay.
