The overall building and property was very clean the staff was nice and helpful the view of the beach was breathtaking and easy access . The shower head leaked bad and lack of hot water it was warm but not hot

The beach was great. Chilly and windy but you can’t control Mother Nature. February on the Atlantic coast is usually chilly and always windy. We took a kite and were not disappointed. Also got to see the Falcon 9 lift off in the distance! Things we didn’t like was the water when showering was never hot. It wasn’t cold but it was never HOT and our lavatory was a slow drainer. Also in my humble opinion the breakfast should go until 10am not 9am.

The staff is courteous, polite and friendly. Always willing to answer questions and provide directions when needed. Poolside and hot tub areas kept clean. Plenty of seating around the area I would stay there again.

We’ll the elevators were nice, but not much else. Poor water pressure in the sink and not much hot water except for the bathtub. Also poor lighting in bathroom, counter too low, peep hole in door missing on the inside, Bed too low, couch too low, ceiling in bathroom too low, I could go on. Very disappointing for the amount of money I spent on this room.

I generally don’t like giving negative reviews and so I’ll be as positive as I can. Staff was friendly. Check-in was quick and because I arrived at 12:00pm was allowed to check-in early for a fee. Upon entering my room it appeared clean. However, there was a towel that had been placed at the base of the sliders to the balcony that appeared to have been there for some time. Not sure why it was there. Looking out at the balcony I noticed a large amount of pigeon droppings. Upon further review there was a pigeon nesting in the corner under a chair and a bowl with water had been placed there for its drinking. I returned to the front desk and asked if all the balconies had a resident pigeon and was told that most on the upper floors did and it was difficult to get rid of them. Obviously, since they’re being provided shelter and water. I asked if any tiger rooms were available and told none were. For my three night stay I was charged more than $1600 during Race Week. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice property. I have stayed here about a year ago so I chose to stay here again. The breakfast option is basic but I like to go out and try breakfast diners so no big deal. I was able to wash clothes but unfortunately was not able to dry them. They have the machines but the dryer wouldn’t take my quarters and I was left with wet clothes. Overall good experience besides that. Will return. Views are great with the balcony rooms!

Good place. Spacious room. Clean. Do not take room 409: it looks like a prison cell. The manager was kind enough to move us to another room and we got ocean view with a balcony. I would go back.

Tiki bar wasn’t opened. Did not state on the site that is was seasonal. Very disappointing I was there on a weekend and they were replacing roof on tiki bar, so the debris got in the pool. Had to listen to pounding. Wouldn’t think a weekend would be a good time to replace it Says heated pool-It is NOT a heated pool Need to fix fire-pits. Looked like 2 of the 3 didn’t work Complimentary breakfast was minimal Manager needs to keep comments to self-never know who might be listening
