Hurricane Milton
My husband, son and myself went to this hotel because of the hurricane, Milton. My husband and I are 90 years old. We were living in an evacuation area. We went to this hotel because it was one of the 2 hotels that had 2 rooms left for rent. I had tried 4 hotels prior to finding 2 rooms still available at this hotel. It was very comfortable, clean and local.

I was extremely disturbed to see a large number of bedbugs in my room, definitely impossible for the hotel staff to miss when changing the bed. The other room had bed bugs as well, although not as bad. But the most disturbing part is that when we told the staff, they did not appear surprised at all. We ran out of the room when we saw the large number on the headboard and pillow. I will have to check with my daughter to see if she got a photo of that.
The bed bugs in these photos were alive and moving.

Awesome Stay! Totally Recommend this hotel. Nice, quiet, clean and convenient location. The rooms are clean & spacious, and efficient. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
