Dommage que le montant de la caution n’ait pas été précisé dans l’annonce. Cela m’aurait évité une mauvaise surprise. Surtout que le montant est annoncé après avoir payé la location et qu’il n’y avait donc aucun moyen de faire marche arrière. Petits bémols au niveau du logement une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain et la chambre attenante + une très mauvaise insonorisation avec le couloir et l’étage du dessus.

The flat is really impractical, with loud creaking doors, broken light fixtures, the bathroom you can't reach without going through one of the bedrooms, balconies you can't access because beds are put in front of their doors, fridge you can't open without requiring at least one person sitting at the table to get up, no washing machine, lack of parking spot in a city we're parking is paid and expensive, no freezer in the fridge, leaking shower that floods the bathroom floor, entrance door shaking loudly each time anyone comes in or out at any time of the day, and many more.
