The staff was full of cookies cutter excuses as to why there was a 750 hold on my credit card that had already been charged for the entire stay. Absolutely ridiculous practice.

The place was clean but had to park in ramp than take elevator to rooms. Walk back from casino was uphill. Price was great and rooms were clean.

Room was nice. Fully equipped with everything we needed. TV service was limited. However there were swarms of bugs all over!! We even bought bug spray for when they came in the room.

The staff were not very helpful for a 2 night stay they do not provide housekeeping on an extended day unless you contact them by 7:30 am. The parking ramp noisy and dark.

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, options were limited but what there was, was good. Breakfast was in a separate building so had to walk outside to get there. For the price of the hotel it was worth driving and parking in the Welcome Center lot (free) to see Deadwood. I almost wanted to pay more for the convenience of being right in the middle of the action, but in the end, glad I didn't. TV was small and it was odd that the coffee maker and cups/ice bucket were in the bathroom. Opted to not use them for that reason. Parking was not ideal but always found a spot. I'd stay there again.

Hotel right in the mix of historic Deadwood. You could walk to evrything on the main drag. Easy acces to the freeway. Lots of things for everyone to see and do.
