WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT!! MOLD IN THE HOTEL.DO NOT STAY!! WARNING!! Dangerous! ALMOST BURNED MY HAND SCOLDING HOT WATER IN SHOWER PLEASE READ... Spent 2 hours going back and forth to front desk before we actually got in a room that worked for us.problems with literaly everything in the room. Had to switch to 3 different rooms..door was open when got to room.shower dirty towels on floor..stains on everything walls..floors ..lamp shades..they do not replace or clean anything period..also its dangerous alongside bed were pieces of metal sticking out.luckily we didnt hit our legs could have caused a serious injury..to top it off there was mold in pocket door of bathroom .so we asked for another room..got to other room fridge didnt work and smelled horrible..tv didnt work front desk got it to work after 15 minutes.clock didnt work or phone.stained everything again.beer cans behind desk+trash .we were over it and at least was sleepable barely but we were beat so we went to sleep.woke up and no hot water didnt work at all.so we got moved early in morming just to basically take showers ..front desk was rudest lady ive ever talked to in my life she did not care. Got into 3rd room and it barely passed as a,working room but at least water worked.so i thought.after 10 minutes i was about done when water began to get so hot that when i went to shut off lever it felt like a stove it was so hot.if i left my hand on there 1 more second would have scars. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Do not book at this hotel. It’s filthy. They gave me a room that was occupied by someone already and when we opened the door the floor was covered with clothes. It looked like the people lived there. Could not even see the floor. When I told management they didn’t even bat an eye said they have a lot of those here. Gave me another room and the hall smelled of weed and room had stains everywhere, drips down the wall, sheets soiled. The pool and hot tub not working. We didn’t stay obviously. They said they would happily speak with expedia to refund and when that time came they hung the phone up on expedia and then refused to answer. Expedia did return my money but the whole experience was awful. The person I dealt with at hotel was Sharon and she lied.

Front office was cordial. Room clean. Very nice breakfast. Shower had a very large crack in the bottom that had been glued, and not attractively. Slight musty smell in room but I wondered if it was the a/c unit. Bed comfortable. Convenient for an overnight stay on a road trip.

The check in went well and the desk person was knowledgeable about things we asked. The continental breakfast are was not well maintained or monitored. Unkempt trash areas,mold on one of biscuits, limited selection of items. The pillows were not conformable ar all. Not a good night if sleep in them. The property seemed aged with some upgrades, but needing more upgrades. Not a good representative of a choice line.

The actual room was pretty clean itself. The hallways and common areas were not clean There was trash on the floors, full trash cans sitting outside the rooms and a funky smell in the hallway. The milk for the breakfast was a week past expiration date.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!
Before we made our reservation, I looked at the reviews and saw how they weren’t very good. But this location was convenient for us so we went ahead and booked. What a mistake. Trash in the parking lot when we arrived, no one at the front desk and rang the bell and waited a good 5 minutes. The person who arrived seemed put out. Got to the room and the AC was turned down to 60, so it was freezing. Found the toilet paper holder ripped from the wall. Realized that the AC was turned up so high because there was mold in the room on the bathroom door and along the floor of the bathroom. Too much moisture in the room. They of course didn’t have another room available, so we stuck it out. Next morning checking out, the manager was supposed to be manning the front desk but she was taking to some folks in the breakfast area. She saw me waiting, said I’ll be right there, and proceeded to talk for another 5 minutes before coming over to help me. Horrible! Will never go back. Do not book this place!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in and went to our room, locks on the door do not work, no soap for handwashing, soiled linens on the bed, have to have the light switch turned on to turn on the room fridge, ceiling cracking, bathroom disgusting. We were in our room maybe 15 mins before calling a different hotel for a room and immediately checked out. Staff did not care or ask why and will not issue a refund. Seriously do not book this place. The pictures are NOT showing how gross this place is.
