-New sheets were not put on bed. They only re-made the beds. I pulled back the covers and someone elses hair & dirt was inside the bed. So we switched rooms....but the 1st two keys we were given didnt work because their key machine, "doesnt encode the keys sometimes" 2nd room had clean beds (there was still a hair on the outside of the bed but the inside, under the covers was clean) but the AC fan was partially broken and made a really loud annoying noise even on low setting. Had to put ear buds in with music playing just to sleep with the AC on. Both rooms smelt like mildew and needed to have the doors left open for a bit to air out the stink in the rooms.

I will not go back
Wow where to begin, the bed frames are longer than the mattresses causing me to bash my knee three times in one day there was hair in the bathtub there was a phenomenal amount of dust didn't come with the refrigerator or microwave it was not a good stay for me or my family. On top of everything else at 6:30 this morning when we were getting ready to go and was smoking outside the room as per the hotel a lady came out of her room to tell us to be quiet and go to our room what nerve she said people live in this hotel and need to sleep well if you live in the hotel you should expect to hear noise if you want quiet rent an apartment or go by a house hotels are for transients passing through I was even more shocked when a resident came out of his room with his kindergartener who was crying and the lady came out of her room and told the kid to be quiet I thought if that was my child I would have beat the hell out of her on the spot I would never be back to this awful place

I have stayed there a lot over the years, and it has always been a good place to stay. However, this time is the first time I have had issues. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. There were dirty towels from the previous guest still hanging on the bathroom door. The shower wasn’t rinsed out / thoroughly cleaned.
