We checked in on 9/19 about 6pm. The electricity went out at 12am and never came back. Mine and 3 other families were there for a funeral and weren’t able to get ready for such an important event. We had to shower in the dark with cold water and had no electricity to use hair tools, no light to get ready. There were no apologies by the front desk. The front desk girl had no answer for anything other that they had a generator that only lasts 5 hours. WHY WASNT THE GENERATOR USED TO ALLOWS GUESTS ELECTRICITY IN THE MORNING AT LEAST!!! I need someone to reach out to me and most of all I need a reimbursement for what I paid.

We stayed as a stopover on our trip, so we were mostly there to sleep. They had security patrolling the parking lot, which was very much appreciated. Convenient stop. Very nice rooms.

AC wasn’t working when we first got there. One call to the desk and it was fixed in about 10 minutes. We had a few drink at the bar and a light dinner. Veronica was an awesome host.

We were greatly impressed with the Room. Everything in the room was excellent. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the room. The whole property was safe and clean. The Breakfast was the only weak area we stayed four nights and every morning the hot plate was not turned on and all the hot food was served cold. There was a microwave available the first two mornings and I was able to heat up the food but the last two mornings we stayed there was no microwave available, and we ate a cold breakfast. Overall, with the exception of breakfast this is an excellent hotel to stay over, and we will be returning here again.
