Overall, this is a nice hotel and is close to a nice area in Delray. However, the immediate area is not so nice at all. It has a lot of people living on the street next to a rundown liquor store. The parking is within a gated parking lot that is very well lit. However, the gate opens for anyone walking by so it’s not necessarily safe for your car or belongings. The hotel was going through renovations when I was there and it was well noted at the hotel, but not on Expedia so the workmen started working at 7 AM and I was not allowed to sleep in. It was so loud from the banging. The construction people also turned off the water, so my toilet wouldn’t flush. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very warm and enjoyable.

Customer Service was fantastic. The lobby was nice. And location is ok. Love that its right off I-95. Didn't like the neighborhood its located in. The room was spacious. But needs quite a bit of updating. Their were stains on the walls. A little sprucing up can go a long way.
