On the first floor is the elegant main flat with three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Imagine relaxing days in the sun by the private pool and the peace of your own freedom in your own Mediterranean garden. A private parking space is also located on the property.

The villa is located on the eastern slope of the natural park of El
Montgó. It is located in the Dènia town, close to the village but far enough away to enjoy your stay. The beach is only 10 minutes from the villa.

We would like to inform you that all bookings do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service of bed linen and towels for only 20 €/person. Would you like to book this additional service or would you like to bring your own bed linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.

Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 €/Kwh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and note the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
