Holiday complex with communal pool, just 150m from the beach and 3km from Denia. In the surroundings there are places to shop, bars and restaurants nearby.
Semi-detached house with two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. Recently renovated shower room, living-dining room with TV-SAT, Air Conditioning (facing the bedrooms so it can cool them) and access to the small garden with furniture. It has an external staircase leading to the sun terrace.
Open kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer. To access the pool area it\'s about 50m. Well-kept area with lawn, palm trees and other varied plants. There are parking spaces in front of the complex.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency\'s conditions.
