We stayed here on our last night of trip. We had the private pool villa and the house was huge. We were welcomed with friendly staff. We ate breakfast and dinner here and both options were tasty for two picky American eaters. We used the shuttle to get to downtown Sanur since it is about a 5 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here and the property is beautiful

Had a lovely stay at the Visakha Sanur with our kids - a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur, with really helpful and friendly staff. Would love to go back one day.

The staff were exceptional! The villas were stunning with private pool. We had a family suite with 2 separate bedrooms that was updated and very spacious. Only a few minute taxi ride to restaurants. They also have a shuttle service to Ubud during the day. Very pleased with the immaculate grounds, central pool besides the private pool and their restaurant was very good.

A useful guide if you are thinking of staying here
I found this Hotel on this site and we arrived late ona flight from London - it is at the end of a dingy badly lit street whose neighborhood is best described as a slum. On arrival I went albeit reluctantly into the front courtyard and was simultaneously shocked and appalled by the basic nature of the Hotel - dirty concrete slab as reception - badly lit and frankly terrifying - the only redeeming feature of my visit to the Hotel was the kindness of the taxi driver in ensuring the speediest of exits to find a real hotel for us.

Perfect family retreat.
The wonderful staff made our stay excellent. It’s a small and very quiet little retreat, it was just perfect for our little family. it is true it’s a bit of a distance to the center of Sanur; but, the free shuttle makes up for it

The space was super tranquil and verdant, the free breakfast was delicious, and they had a shuttle that made it easy to get to the main part of Sanur. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they actually upgraded my room to a private villa with my own pool that was perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Great get away from the busy world and just escape to peace and quite. Great location and the staff is amazing and the food is great too. You must try the Balinese breakfast. It’s amazing. On the cautionary side ...the water pressure for the sink and shower are a bit low but manageable and it’s sort of located off the beaten path.... but I would recommend this place.
