I tried to check out and go somewhere else, no one was around ever. Then when I left and called them. They said that they could not do anything to help me even though I could have checked out had anyone been there. Not going back. They have still not refunded me.

LOBBY WAS HOT. HEARD A CUSTOMER COMPLAINING ABOUT HER AC NOT WORKING IN THIER ROOM. OUR AC WAS NOISY MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. SHEETS AND ONE OF THE BATH TOWELS HAD YELLOW STAINS. HOTEL TO ME HADS A MUSTY OLD SMELL TO IT. FRONT PARKING LOT WAS A MESS. BACK SIDE OF HOTEL NEEDS ATTENTION. WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN

I mean it’s decent but the whole stay we had no towels. We asked staff for more and they never ever brought us any. They claimed to be washing them but never ever came.
