Our room a/c kept going off. The walls pretty thin. The room next to ours had their tv up so loud. I slept horrible because of those things. There was only 1 working elevator that was so slow for only 4 floors. Sorry but won’t be staying there again.

Has family emergency and had to check out less than 3 hours after arriving and was not given any option but paying full price for the room andeven mentioning the cleaning smell. Also now have to wait for $50 extra for incidentals to be returned

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Front desk came and sprayed some room deodorizing that helped for a few minutes. The smell was awful and gave me a headache. The smoke detector and ac wall unit were both heavily nicotine stained. Luckily it was just one night because I would have refused a second night.
