Our first night was kids trampoline across the ceiling the whole morning then I get a text asking about how my room was and I asked for towels when I went down to the lobby before I left. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I didn't experience anything like the others had who complained here. The staff was very friendly, though I never had to test them, because nothing went wrong. There was a tiny stain on the couch, but I'm not going to expect the hotel to replace it because of that. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I liked the office space, the room divider was nice because kids and adults have their own space and own tv. The pull out bed didn’t have any sheets or bedding on it. There wasn’t any bedding for it in the closet either. Loved the wifi mirror and our drinks stayed cool all night in the mini fridge. Bed was very comfortable, and we got a pretty view.
